1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 2days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Innerwear, swimwear, or personalised/customised products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. In such cases, TrendNova will arrange a prepaid return pickup at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and preferred replacement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [your-email@example.com]. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
