All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. We also offer international shipping to select countries. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

6. Delays & Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, TrendNova is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance (for international orders), or natural events. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
